Tautoro School, just out of Kaikohe, held their reunion in October 2006 and the photos from that year had been rescued from the archives to preserve the photographic record of the Reunion and to keep the images alive. Anyway there lots here to help you remember the event…
Congratulations to all those who made the Rawene Reunion a fantastic event. The Photo collection is now available online. The Broadwood and Area Schools Reunion was a fun event to photograph and an even more enjoyable event to get involved with as guests and wellwishers looked for old friends through many a wrinkled face and tear of laughter. My most memorable moment was about three in the morning when a rather drunk and disorientated young man tried to get into my daughters bed and then into mine when he was made to feel unwelcome – ha!
This is a massive collection of photos so be warned – you could get lost in this album!
