Northland turned on a stunning day for this photo shoot… the heat of the sun tempered by just enough breeze to give guests a refreshing touch. The couple exchanged vows in a tree filled orchard surrounded by their guests and the sound of cicada to cheer them on.

Alex and Sasha’s wedding was a lovely event held at the Whangarei Museum and Heritage park. I came close to not making the event when I stepped into a knee deep hole at the base of a tree. All I could think of was I hope I havn’t twisted my knee of something like that…. Fortunately the adrenalin kept me going and I still find it amusing to review the sequence of photos where I lost my footing…
